ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

All services, products, and clients/future clients of CreativDesigns are subject to the following Terms & Conditions (T&C). CreativDesigns reserves all rights to update and change the T&C without any notice to you. By viewing the CreativDesigns website and/or requesting our services signifies your complete acceptance to this Terms & Conditions document and everything in it. The most current Terms & Conditions document will always be found at http://www.creativdesigns.com/legal.html. We suggest printing a copy of this document for reference.

DESCRIPTIONS OF SERVICES

CreativDesigns offers web development services including but are not limited to: Corporate identities, web design, corporate advertisement banner design, photo restoration, website coding, and forum skinning. All of these services and anything done by CreativDesigns are subject to the terms and conditions listed in this document.

USE OF FORUM SKINS

All our forum skins are distributed freely for public use and/or commercial use. You may make edits to these forum skins to fit your specific needs. You may NOT alter them to resell them to another party. This is strictly prohibited. The forum skins are intended to end the search for free, quality forum skins and we work very hard to provide these forum skins. We do request that if you download our forum skins that you leave our link at the footer as well as our sponsors and our partners. If you wish to have any of our premade skins edited you may request them via the contact form. All edits are $5 each. There is a maximum of 5 edits that can be made.

COPYRIGHTS

Unique Products:

All unique or client requested products such as customized logos, forum skins, web templates or anything customized all fall under the catagory of unique. Any unqiue product that is purchased is sold only ONCE to you. It is not put back up for sale and will not be duplicated for another client however other templates, logos, or forum skins may be based off of the unique product you purchased. Once a unique product is purchased all copyright ownerships and rights are transfered to you. However, CreativDesigns will keep the right to display our work in our portfolio which will only be found on our website. The product will not be avalible for purchase to anyone else.
Non-Unique Products:

Non-Unique products such as forum skins, pre-made templates, logos, etc. will be sold and downloaded more than once. By downloading and/or purchasing a non-unique product you automatically siginify your acceptance to this. CreativDesigns reserves the right to decide how many times a product will be downloaded and untill how long it can be downloaded. We also reserve the right to fluctuate pricing accordingly on any and all non-unique products. Non-Unique products can be made unique by purchasing a non-unique product at a unique price. The price will be determined by viewing the amount of downloads it has gotten. For example every non-unique product's base price to make it unique is $100 USD + the amount of downloads it has gotten. Only then will the fixed unique price be determined.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

All our products are delivered either through e-mail or download links that are sent to you via e-mail.

All download links will be deleted within 72 hours. These will only be deleted after you confirm you have received the link. A reminder e-mail will be sent after as well to ensure you have gotten your product. If an error occurs during this process you are expected to contact CreativDesigns Support immediately. We will not be held responsible for your lack of responsiblity.

When you purchase a CreativDesigns product you agree that: 1) A CreativDesigns Representitive may contact you by e-mail to confirm your order. 2) The download link or e-mail containing the product files will be sent to you in 5-60 minutes during business hours to 2 business days. 3) Any modifications that are requested after a product delivery will be processed and delivered to you within 3 business days. 4) There is a limit to only 10 modifications. After 5 modifications there will be a service charge of $5 for each modification after that.

PAYMENT METHODS

All our transactions are done through Paypal ONLY

At this time we currently do not accept any other way of transactions except for Paypal. We also do take credit card but again that is also through Paypal.

Once you and CreativDesigns decide on a project start date for your project, you are required to pay 25% of the original payment up front as a down payment. If we do not receive this down payment we will not start your project.

REFUND POLICY

CreativDesigns will refund you with 90% of the original payment ONLY if your download link or an e-mail that contains the product files has not been sent to you. Since all our transactions are done online and all our products are digital and not physical we can't have any guarentee that our products have been destroyed therefore all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link or e-mail containing the product files has been sent.
