How do you know if you are active enough?

Do you sit 18 hours a day?
Do you get exhausted walking up a flight of stairs?
If you have got a choice between walking two blocks and taking a taxi, do you wait 20 minutes to take a taxi?
If you answered “yes” to any of those questions, it is time for you to get started. Not getting enough exercise is a serious problem.

What go you need to get started?

Well, running one of the exercises that do not require much.

Shoes

You need a pair of running shoes. They do not have to be some expensive shoes, just a pair that you feel confortible in.

 

Where can you buy it at?Any shoe store like: Foot Locker, The Athlete's Foot, Famouse Footwear, Shoe Carnial, Finish Line and many more.

 

Clothing

You need some confortible clothing. Make sure you dress appropried to the weather.

 

Where can you buy it at?Almost any store that sells clothing.

Place

You also need a place for running, anything from a track field to just your neighberhood will do fine. Make sure it's save with not much cars and lights if you go running after dark.

There are many tracks for public use but you can just run around the neighberhood and get you exercise.
